Every piece is one-of-a-kind, hand wrought and hand finished. Elemental and from the Earth, they are created from iron, fundamental to our very existence. Iron carries out vital functions in our bodies like carrying oxygen. Ours is the iron planet, making up 85% of the Earth’s core. Iron is dark and mysterious and older than time.

Each work is hammered into shape, then rubbed in beeswax and linseed oil, continuing the connection to nature. Cording is all hand-dyed silk and the iron jewellery comes in hand-made silk velvet pouches. You can pick the color and width of cord or ribbon that best works for you.

The New York Times recently published an article highlighting the power of big sculptural pendants, pointing out how a large charm can turn “a simple top into a bold statement.” That’s exactly what my artwork is about: unique wearable sculptures that convey simplicity and power.
